Ciner Signed Vintage Gold Tone Multi-Color Clear Rhinestone Straw Hat Pin Brooch. There is one red stone missing in the flowers and two rhinestones missing around the hat which are best seen with a loupe. The rhinestones are easy to pop in if you know what you are doing. I'm not very good at it, so I'll leave that for someone else. Pre-owned, this brooch has wear consistent with a vintage piece of this age.
