Jolie Moi Cream Black Polka Dot Fit and Flare Tie Back Dress Womens Sz 12. I apologize for the wrinkles in this lovely dress. I steamed it, but it really needs pressed. Huge flare on the bottom of this dress. Long gold tone zipper down the back and wide tie back. There are two small spots that I didn't try to get out but may be removed by a dry cleaner. If you are looking for a classic, gorgeous spring/summer dress, this is it! Pre-owned, it is in excellent condition. It measures 38" long and 17.5" from armpit to armpit.
