Navy/Black Winter Felt Hat 21.5" Inside Size Small. Pre-owned, this hat is in great condition. The band, as seen in the last photo, has come loose, but it is attached in other areas. No tags inside. Tape measure around inside band measures 21.5". I really believe it's navy, but it could be black, really hard for me to tell.
