Neon Blue Gemstone Smoky Bicone Crystal Sterling Silver 16.5"-18.5" Necklace. Tests in the Jadeite Spinel range on the gem tester, but I'm not familiar with this stone. Possibly blue apatite? Tropical seas blue stone chips and faceted teardrop dangle, gray bicone beads and sterling silver. Beautiful necklace. Pre-owned, this necklace is in excellent condition.
