Vintage 1/20 14k Lab Created Ruby White Spinel Gold Tone 18" Necklace & Clip On Earring Set. Red stones test as ruby, but I'm assuming that because this set is 1/20 14k, that they are lab created or simulated rubies. It's really hard to get an accurate reading on the clear stones, but they most often register in the spinel area. Pre-owned, this set is in excellent condition.
