Vintage Homemade Green Velvet Embroidered Mtn. Scene Topper Juniors XS. The reason I say this is XS is because of the neck opening which is only 10". It is oversized in the body. Long sleeve holes, zip up back. Cropped at 17" long and armpit to armpit measures 22" long. Gorgeous embroidery and green velvet. No tags whatsoever. This is very unique and one of a kind. A 70's vibe would be to wear a ribbed white turtleneck body suit under this and a cute short skirt.
