Vintage Clyde Woody Navajo Sterling Silver Turquoise Ceremony Drum Necklace & Earring Set. American Indian drums were of great influence and importance; used in various ways to interact with a higher power known to them as the Great Spirit. From an estate of a lady who was sole owner living in Oklahoma. Pre-owned, this set is in excellent condition with signs of wear commensurate with age/minimal use. Please review photos for details. This fabulous necklace contained 9 outstanding large handmade silver drum beads with the bottom largest drum bead sporting three turquoise stones. The silver works on each drum consists of ropes and sun stampings. Hook clasp. Cir. Mid century. The length of the necklace measures 28" around the neck. The smaller drums are 1.5" long with the last drum measuring 1.75" long. Earrings measures 2" long. I have not cleaned this jewelry set leaving the patina as is. 129.91g
